Onsite Inspection

Upon request, MRC will send an agent to the landlord’s property to post a required notice, notifying the tenant of the pending inspection. Upon arrival at the inspection, our agent will report the dwelling’s condition by taking photos, showing the conditions, and determining any repairs or damages.

Occupancy Verification

MRC’s representative will then complete an on-site questionnaire with the tenant (if present), updating their contact and employment information. All photographic evidence and the questionnaire will be forwarded to the landlord by email after the verification is complete.
