About us

Glenn Mostow is a full-time real estate property management professional with over 15 years of experience. He began his real estate career in 2003 with the launch of his first LLC and purchase of his first investment property. Since 2009, Glenn has managed a growing portfolio, which now includes more than 50 personally owned properties and management or ownership interests in a dozen additional projects.

He currently oversees more than 50 residential units and manages a wide range of property types across the Baltimore metro area, including single-family homes, multi-family apartment buildings, storage facilities, laundromats, and other commercial assets. Glenn holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree and brings prior experience in engineering and computer services to his work in real estate management.

We handle all aspects of renting your property, including leasing, tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance coordination, inspections, and tenant relations.

We use Zillow applications, private applications, and judicial records searches to carefully evaluate prospective tenants.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month and considered late after the 5th. Most tenants pay electronically, but in-person collections are available upon request.

Our fee is 10% of collected rents and fees. This covers tenant management, rent collection, maintenance coordination, inspections, and financial reporting.

  • First offense: We assess a late fee and attempt to work with the tenant to resolve the issue.
  • Repeat offenses: We proceed with formal action through MarylandRentCourt.com.

Tenants report issues directly to maintenance. Service is dispatched based on the type and urgency of the issue. We keep owners informed of major repairs or recurring problems.

You may set criteria within the guidelines of fair housing laws to help evaluate and select prospective tenants.

We assess the property condition during every maintenance visit. If service calls are infrequent, we schedule additional visits to check in with tenants. We also conduct regular drive-bys to spot any exterior concerns, such as storm damage or neglect.

Yes. We use QuickBooks to generate clear, detailed financial reports for property owners.
